If you’re looking for help to pay down your debt, you may be interested to try DebtGoal. It’s a new website/service to show you how to organize and pay down your debt sooner, saving you on interest costs. I don’t know if they plan to start charging in the future, but for now it’s free to test.
For your information, here’s the confirmation email I received:
Thanks for registering for the DebtGoal alpha release. We’re excited to have you on-board! As you know, our goal is to make paying down debt as easy and efficient as possible.
Before digging in, a few things:
We depend on your feedback to create a great site - please help by giving us input on anything you see that could make the service better or help users get out of debt.
- Feedback on specific pages: once you’ve registered for the service, on each page (in the upper right hand corner) you will see a button that says “Provide feedback on this page.” Please click on this button and register your feedback early and often. We want to hear the good, the bad and the ugly so don’t hold back!
- Survey: After registering for the service, you will also see a “Take a Survey” link in the top navigation bar. After you’ve explored the site, please spend 3-5 minutes filling out the survey to give us your view overall.
- This is our first release and you will encounter bugs .. please let us know about them. You can log bugs using the “provide feedback on this page” button or by emailing us at xxx
- Your feedback shapes the product. Keep checking in with the product to see your suggestions get implemented.
