Let Twitter make your heart go pitter patter

Not for Twits

Not for Twits

Firstly, I want to apologize for my subject line. I just woke up and didn’t get much sleep to boot due to my almost 3 month old Lily’s delight at the 3am hour. Can we move on now? Thank you.

I’m just learning Twitter. I’ve got one taker on my Twitter page, Nicole, who’s the nicest person but she doesn’t know the system any better than I do. But we still have fun in there. Sometimes learning together is half the fun!

Now I see as of yesterday that Twitter’s initiated some changes. Mostly design changes as far as I can tell, but I’m still getting a kick out of playing around with them.

If you Twitter, or even if you don’t, why not check out the Twitter Blog to view the changes. Then maaaybe even check out my Twitter page and “follow” me. (I think that’s the correct terminology.) I promise to follow you back [ETA] unless you’re trying to sell me something.

Update: I found official Twitter Lingo ! Here’s the Twitter Fan Wiki.

Update 9/29/08: Twitter Search and Twellow. Also, thanks to Mari Smith… Twitter Lingo Demystified.

Mari Smith » I’m too paralyzed by fear and excitement to properly reply to you yet. I’ll hit you on the flip side when my tongue is out of my throat. Thanks so much for coming by!
